This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Ad Narrator, operated by Digital Growth Core. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle").
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Ad Narrator, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or any subsequent renewal charge.
2. How to request a refund
Refunds are issued by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
- Email us at hello@digitalgrowthcore.com and we will help process your refund through Paddle.
3. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Once a refund is issued, your subscription will end and access to paid features will be removed.
4. Cancellation vs refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you would like a refund of the most recent charge, request it explicitly as described above.
5. Buyer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
